I made a bunch of starter homes for richdre's world, Smuggler's Cove. I love the houses he built for it, but I noticed there were no starter houses and as a player who doesn't use cheats, I need a nice amount of starter homes for my Sims to move into at first.

There's eight lots in total, all have 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (except Caliente Replica, which has 2 bedrooms) and are under $16, 000.

Some of them have Sims in them, with custom content and various slider hacks. I'd advise deleting them, but I guess you could play them if they won't cause issues in your game (I know uploading TS2 Sims in houses can screw up other peoples' games if they have relationships and memories, but I'm pretty sure TS3 Sims are okay. It's the CC that worries me).

Edit them and share them at will, just mention that I made the original and no uploading to pay sites, obviously. ;)

Snagged I am always on the lookout for starters among others. Heck doesn't matter if they are occupied can always adjust the closing of immigration in Twallsn's SP mod to adapt to that if needed.

Glad you like them. :)

I like building starter houses and couples' starter houses. It's a challenge to create a nice home on a tight budget.

I totally cheated with my selfsim. xD She has an awesome house, complete with secret underground relic hall and winery.

Haha, it's okay. I'm cheating like crazy in this new hood until I get to the point I was at before my last hood glitched out on me and I had to abandon it.

My Sims had six children together, all of them babies, 4 boys, 2 girls, two sets of twins. The husband also had another child with a woman he had a one-night stand with that he paid child support to and they were both at the top of their careers in a nice house with lots of money.

So I used twallan's SuperComputer mod to pollinate the other baby mama and my female Sim, check their statuses to see the gender of the baby and terminate all their pregnancies until they got the right gender that time. I also had to rename the other baby mama's kid when he was born, because the game assigned him a different name. Luckily, he looks exactly the same as he did in the old hood.

So yeah... major cheating to get back to that point as quickly as possible. I didn't use cheats the first time around, so that's how I convince myself it's okay to cheat this time around to get back to where I was.

In my defense, all the other Sims in the hood still live in the starter homes I built for them and don't get money handouts, except for Crystal, who gets child support from my Sim for their son. :P

Lexira, You really need to stop centering your posts. You have no reason to center them and it's annoying and harder to read.

Have you read the rules here? If not, I strongly suggest you do.

I most certainly will. However, in future, should I do something that irks you, could you perhaps simply ask me politely to correct it?

Seeing as I wasn't rude and I didn't bite your head off for posting like a 12, I'd say you got off easy.

Yup, no claws anywhere in sight... :whistling: Yet... :spiteful:

Lexira, if you're going to get on here it's best to just do what is asked of you without implying the person asking is impolite - especially when a moderator is the one asking. ;)
