The Estate is the second home in the series made to be used in Riverviews Downtown area but could be used anywhere. It depicts an era when homes told about the wealth as much as quality. This home built 150 years ago has been well maintained and if the walls could speak you would be getting an ear full for days!

The Estate is unfurnished expect bathrooms, kitchen and lights. This is done to give you a clean slate in which to decorate and keep the download small. The yard is also not done to allow you to give it that special touch to fit into your own towns. As with all homes I use all versions of the Sims 3. That includes World Adventures, High Loft Stuff, and all the Store Items at EA. IF you find you need a cleaner version due to version restriction please let me know and I will be happy to pull out all lights, kitchen and bath items then upload here that version as well. The only item from high end loft stuff I used was a corner bathtub. Should be CC free but, as I like to note not all wall papers or flooring are marked CC so you may get one or two. I do not believe there are any in there.

I could use this is my new world but I would want to change the brick to a lighter color. Would that be OK? I could use two or three more for this world if you have any more. :)

Thank you for the comments! This is only 2 of a series I am working on this week. The next one should be out tomorrow. I try and keep them in the era old historic homes inside and out.

Richdre-Feel free to change colors as you like for it to work in your world. I should have 5 or 6 houses in this series. It takes me a day or two per house so look for more! If you have something specific you want let me know.

Thanks, You may end up building the entire downtown. Most of the lots are 30x30 so anything that size or smaller will work. I posted a picture of your house in my new world. I extended the fence to fit the lot and it looks really nice.

I just noticed something that may be a problem. You are using custom patterns. I would not upload something with CC in it unless I included the cc with the upload. The files you are uploading do include the CC but a world upload does not. I could do this if you don't mind. Delete all of the patterns and then load the house and fix whatever is missing. :)

I am trying hard not to have any pattern that is CC but I have noticed that some do not show as cc in the patterns menus. If you find any that would be why. I have recolored some patterns that I hoped were not cc. If I use a specific CC pattern I will include it with the Download. I do not mind at all if you delete and fix.

I am so glad you like them and they work for you!

Thanks Zaleth! :slider_thankyou: These manor houses you are building do have a very 'old money' feel to them just as you intended - great job! :thumbwinky:
